TERMS OF USE

By booking cleaning services with Brooklyn Community Cleaners (BKCC), I agree to the following terms:

  1. I agree to the minimum service fee of $150 and will not negotiate the price selected at the time of booking.
  2. Payment is due upon completion of the service via Venmo or Zelle, using the payment information provided by BKCC.
  3. BKCC will assign a professional cleaner to my service. If necessary, BKCC may replace the assigned cleaner due to illness, vacation, absence, or operational needs while maintaining the same standard of service.
  4. I will not ask the cleaner to perform cleaning tasks on their knees or engage in work that may compromise their health or safety.
  5. I will provide the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, or I may request that BKCC provide them for an additional fee.
  6. If my home or business requires excessive cleaning due to unusually dirty conditions, BKCC may assess an additional charge after discussing it with me before continuing the service.
  7. I agree to respond promptly to BKCC's messages to confirm my appointment and any future cleaning services.
  8. If I am satisfied with the service, I am encouraged to support BKCC by sharing our website or recommending us to family, friends, and neighbors through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Google, or Reddit.

By scheduling a service with BKCC, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
